Nintendo Switch Manual – The Nintendo Switch is now available online and in stores for only $299.99 MSRP. This is Nintendo’s new home gaming system with two detachable Joy-Con controllers. The Nintendo Switch tablet is compact and larger than a phone but is smaller than a Wii U GamePad controller.

The Switch arrives with everything you need for gaming. So, what’s in the box? Here’s what you will get:

The Switch arrives with two controllers in the box, so it is designed for multiple players. The Switch itself is a game console that allows users to play games on their home by connecting the console to a TV or play the games outdoor with its handheld style.

Nintendo has just released the Switch on March 3, 2017. The game console arrives with detachable Joy-con controllers, two in one portable home console, TV dock, Joy-Con grip accessory, Nintendo Switch AC adapter and HDMI cable.

Nintendo Switch Price

Nintendo Switch is priced at $299.99 MSRP, and you will get you all you need in gaming, from the Switch tablet, the TV dock, two Joy-Pads controllers, the gamepad dock, the straps, an AC adapter, and HDMI cable. You will have two color options for the Joy-con, blue or red, with the same price tag.

However, you should take care of the Joy Con controllers well as additional controllers aren’t cheap. You will have to pay $50 for one Joy-Con. You will also need the Charging Grip which is available for $30, to pair both Joy-Cons together in the shape of a regular game controller.

Nintendo Switch Features

The Switch will allow users to play the game at home and while on the go. When you want to use the Switch at home, you simply have to dock it and use it as a traditional console. When you have to go out, you can take the Switch with you and keep playing the game. Simply attach the Joy-Con controller to the side of the screen, and you can continue your game.

The Switch is dedicated to delivering a single-screen experience, so you won’t be able to use the Switch for dual-screen gaming experience just like the Gamepad with the Wii U.

The Switch will use cartridges called GameCards for its games, and it won’t play physical Wii U or 3DS games.

Nintendo Switch Specs

Nintendo Switch is powered by Nvidia Tegra processor. It has a 6.2-inch capacitive touchscreen with resolutions of 1,280×720. This allows the console to leave the Nintendo DS-style stylus. The video output is up to 1080p 60fps via the dock.

The Switch has 32GB storage, micro-SDXC card slot, USB-C for charging and dock connection, 11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 and stereo speakers. There is a headphone jack and game card slot as well. The console is also equipped with accelerometer, gyroscope, brightness sensor and is powered by 4310mAh non-removable battery.

Nintendo Switch has up to three hours gaming, with more than six hours for another usage for three hours of charging time. Weighting 297g or 398g with Joy-Cons, the Switch’s dimension is 102mm x 239mm x 13.9mm with Joy-Cons attached.
