The next Super Mario game, Super Mario Switch, is rumored to be complete ahead of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The Super Mario Switch is rumored to be launched alongside with Nintendo Switch’s launch on March next year. A tweet from Emily Rogers stated “This isn’t speculation. I’m basing this off things I’ve been hearing for 3-4 months now. 3D Mario sounds like it’s practically finished.”

Other Super Mario titles like Mario Galaxy and Super Mario 3D didn’t get any update for several years so we can expect to see the next Super Mario game, Super Mario Switch, at the same time with the Switch launch event.

However, a hint about the Switch price came from Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima who said “Regarding the price, as we have been saying, we are, in principle, not planning to sell it at a loss. We would like a wide variety of consumers to enjoy Nintendo products, and we would also like to think in terms of consumersʼ expectations for our products,”
